Joahn has a strong track record of building effective sales structures and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams. As Western VP of Sales at Intuitive Surgical, she successfully drove growth by guiding teams, influencing customers, and navigating dynamic markets. Prior to Intuitive, she held leadership roles at Stryker and helped shape sales strategy for late-stage startup ZL Technologies.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Joahn lives in the Bay Area with her husband, and their two children.

Chief Technology Officer

Jacob Ross holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Chico. He has built and led high-performing sales and operations teams, consistently ranking in the top 1% nationally for sales performance. Jacob has developed expertise in sales process design, CRM implementation, and workflow automation, helping organizations optimize operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable growth. Founder & COO

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University and pursued graduate studies in International Affairs at Sacramento State University. She began her career in public service, working on energy policy and communications for California Lt. Governor John Garamendi, where she developed a passion for renewable energy and its potential to transform the world.

Her career spans diverse sectors, including clinical sales in robotic surgery, university job development, government and private-sector communications, and small business finance. Now serving as Chief Operating Officer at Clean Lines Power, Jessica combines her broad expertise with a passion for helping innovative ideas gain traction and successfully enter the market.

Randy Fauchier

Founder & CFO

Randy brings more than 30 years of experience in construction business finance, along with a unique balance of vision, attention to detail, and real-world budgeting expertise. He has launched and scaled multiple businesses internationally and most recently served as CFO for two commercial construction firms. His accomplishments include raising startup capital, navigating international regulations and tax laws, and driving sustainable profitability for investors and employees.

He also has deep expertise in wastewater and sanitation infrastructure, having served in elected roles on sanitation boards and consulted on projects across the country.

Benjamin Amiwero is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in capital equipment, disposables, biologics, and commercial operations. His expertise spans sales process optimization, commercial operations, SOP development, revenue operations, and cross-functional leadership.

Known for his commitment to talent development, Benjamin has mentored and promoted numerous teammates into advanced roles, fostering a culture of excellence and growth across organizations. A former two-sport athlete at San Jose State University, he earned his undergraduate degree in Administration of Justice and a Master’s in Public Administration, blending discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking throughout his career

Dan Fauchier

VP of Development

Dan is an internationally recognized design and construction consultant with deep expertise in Lean Design and Construction, Progressive Design-Build contracting, and the development of high-performing teams. He has provided consulting and advisory services to public and private owner organizations, design-build teams, and leading international associations including the Construction Industry Institute, Project Management Institute, Lean Construction Institute, and Lean Construction Institute–Qatar.

Over his career, Dan has facilitated, trained, and coached more than 100 projects, companies, and agencies, helping teams deliver large infrastructure projects on time and with greater efficiency. His expertise spans Alignment Partnering, cross-organizational team effectiveness, and proven methodologies such as the Last Planner® System, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Events, Target Value Design, CBA, A3, and curriculum development for continuous improvement.
